Healing Yoga classes and workshops focus on learning to release tension, creating strength, centering the mind, and balancing the chakras (energy centers in our body). Class includes Hatha Yoga, Nidra Yoga (guided meditations), visualization exercises and Pranayama (breathwork) techniques, energy work with Reiki, chanting and meditative music.
Tania Guerrera, RYT, CYT has been practicing Yoga since 1975 when as a child her mother Nora (also a CYT), began her personal practice and introduced it to her. Tania Guerrera began to study with Gail Walsh, director and founder of Yoga Mountain during the mid-90’s and became a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) in October of 2002.
Tania is available for Women’s Private Assisted Healing Yoga, as well as group classes for business team building, motivational and/or ceremonial events.
